Whilst we started to work with SERVUS, our aim was to provide the permanence of the systems we have constructed and developed, and also to preserve standards. We had the purpose of examining our systems, through the eye of the customer and creating an unconditional customer satisfaction. Our company BTA has been seriously working with its professional staff (600) in order to preserve and maintain its quality and ensure customer satisfaction and achieved considerable succeess. Needless to say that, every structure has parts to be improved, so do we. The companies which ignored this fact had short-term successes and couldn't protect their standards since they couldn't look through the eye of the customer. These companies had serious problems. We can give several examples of such companies which had good openings but then started to fail. With this perception, SERVUS group has added an extra value to our BTA system. Thanks to its experienced, knowledged, skilled and professional staff. SERVUS contributed to our company BTA by its attitude which never omits the importance of motivation, sharing and team spirit. SERVUS is a disciplined, self-sacrificing group which continuously investigates and gives full weight to the corporate aspects of the company.
