SERVUS  (Hello),

The name SERVUS was chosen for its distinct meaning: It stands for  the friendly way of greeting between acquaintances, especially in Vienna, Austria as well as for providing service in its true sense of the word.

The directors of SERVUS, which are mix of Turkish and British and Austrian professionals, combine the experience in developing and managing fine hotels, restaurants, resorts and clubs in four continents. And yet the directors bring with them a wealth of knowledge which has been successfully proven in Turkey, Russia, Australia, Great Britain, Georgia, Hongkong to name a few.

Since the establishment of SERVUS in 1997, we have been focusing in developing hospitality projects, which are in line with the overall concept of our partners requests and yet generating a return which is higher then industry standards. At the same time SERVUS is utilising the natural talent for service which is omnipresent amongst the people of the Mediterranean Region as well as Central Europe. We apply consistent training turn this talent into professional service covering all areas of the sector.

We permanently aim in enhancing our knowledge and know-how be actively participating in organisations such as the GLOBAL HOTELIERS CLUB  and the HOTEL AND CATERING  INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION. Further we contract with international market leaders to ensure our partners have access to the know-how and technologies. This wide-spread net-working allows us effectively cover all areas of the hotel covering areas such as identifications of effective sales and marketing tools and strategies as well as set up of  ecological, environmentally friendly and  cost saving technical applications.

The enormous touristic potential coupled with the generally positive outlook on the economical development for these regions makes SERVUS the ideal partner for all developers and existing owners of hospitality facilities. We apply international management practices with the understanding for the local particularities and ensure the highest standards by means of guest satisfaction and return on investment.
