We offer two levels of operational evaluations:

The SERVUS Performance Check-Up is a three- to four-day evaluation of market positioning, as well as an internal expense review for each of the hotel's operating departments. Thus, we can identify key impact areas in the operation, and furnish you with strategies that focus on increasing revenue and decreasing expense.

The SERVUS Comprehensive Operational Evaluation and Review is an analysis of the hotel asset. It takes 10 to 15 days and includes a study of all operating manuals, sales and marketing plans, financial history, budgets, policy and procedure manuals, labor agreements and resumes of key managers. We then work on-site conducting interviews with every manager and department head, and some line employees in order to determine the range of responsibilities and the procedures used in doing their jobs. This is followed by an analysis of systems and controls at the hotel, and an evaluation of the revenue-generating capabilities of the asset, cost-containment procedures, cash-flow targets and goals.
